Woman wounded in south Seattle shootout

Police say two groups exchanged shots across a south Seattle street Sunday night just before midnight, wounding a woman in the leg.
Police received multiple reports of shots fired across Martin Luther King Jr. Way South . Officers found the woman hiding in a construction site and medics took her Harborview Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. She isn’t cooperating with investigators.
Officers arrested one suspect near and seized a handgun.
Cops say shortly before 2:00 a.m., the second suspect called 911 from Tukwila. The male caller told the operator that he was the owner of the handgun recovered at the scene of the shooting.
Tukwila Police responded to the location of the call and arrested a 26-year-old suspect.
