The is this weekend, so expect plenty of delays around Fremont for a lot of bicycling nakedness.
If you are new to town, this event happens every year in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood to celebrate the summer solstice.
Don鈥檛 be surprised if you see a lot of nudity on wheels — it’s part of the festival’s tradition. The weather is calling for rain, so let鈥檚 all hope the body paint is waterproof.
Whether you want to avoid it or join it, painted cyclists will be rendezvousing at the start of the parade route (the corner of 3rd Ave NW and NW 36th St) at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday in Fremont.
Cyclists are encouraged to stay in front of the parade, they will then circle around to Stone Way N and N 35th St. and head west on N. 35th St.
