WSDOT: Traffic at Ship Canal Bridge all clear

The Washington State Department of Transportation WSDOT) saw major backups at the Ship Canal Bridge as the Washington State Patrol (WSP) worked with a person in crisis. However, WSDOT reported that all lanes are back open and traffic is flowing smoothly.

According to WSP, the person is safe.

Officials said the backup had grown to Northeast 145th Street in Shoreline.

As of 4:30 p.m., the drive from Everett to Seattle was 1 hour 25 minutes. The drive from Everett to Bellevue on Interstate 405 was around 50 minutes.
