Man injured in Belltown shooting, police find blood trail at the scene

Seattle police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the Belltown neighborhood Wednesday night.
Officers responded to the shooting in the 400 block of Cedar Street around 11:40 p.m. and discovered bullets and a blood trail, according to a by the Seattle Police Department (SPD).
While searching the area, officers found a man who was shot in the wrist and three other people inside a car.
Seattle Fire Department personnel treated the man, and medics transported him to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition.
A gun belonging to the man who was shot was seized by police and submitted as evidence.
No suspects found in Belltown shooting
SPD has not found any suspects. Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call the SPD Violent Crimes Tip Line at 206-233-5000.
Detectives in the Gun Violence Reduction Unit are handling the case.
