Expect more bombshells to drop before Election Day

There’s no guarantee that something as of Donald Trump will be published before Election Day in November, but you can bet those at the center of the presidential election will sure try.
David Fahrenthold of The Washington Post told ³ÉÈËXÕ¾ Radio’s Dave Ross on Tuesday that he’s working on rumors about tapes from “The Apprentice,” as well as spending a lot of time listening to “The Howard Stern Show.”

But it’s going to be hard to beat the footage the Post published last Friday in which Trump is heard making lewd comments about women. Since the video was published, many Republicans have distanced themselves from the billionaire. House Speaker Paul Ryan all but conceded that Hillary Clinton will be the next president.
According to the latest polls, Clinton has taken a good lead. Fahrenthold says two polls taken after the video was released, but before the second debate, show Clinton with a double-digit lead.
But that hasn’t seemed to slow Trump. In fact, after Republicans all but denounced Trump, he celebrated.
It is so nice that the shackles have been taken off me and I can now fight for America the way I want to.
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump)
“It’s him turning on the Republican Party,” Fahrenthold said. “That seems to be what this is. He’s going to go out in a blaze of glory, attacking his own side.”
Though some say more, potentially damaging information could come out about Clinton, Fahrenthold says it could very well be too late for any kind of Trump resurgence. That includes WikiLeaks, which released some embarrassing emails from the Clinton campaign, but nothing Fahrenthold considers damaging. And the longer WikiLeaks waits to release more, then less impact it will have, he says.
