impeachment...

Now that the Senate has given him his second inoculation, that should make Donald Trump about 95% immune from further impeachment.

The problem is that his legal troubles may be mutating. The latest variant was released by Mitch McConnell who, after voting to ACQUIT the former president, said this:

“The leader of the free world cannot spend weeks thundering that shadowy forces are stealing our country and then feign surprise when people believe him and do reckless things.”

He practically begged for anyone who was in the U.S. Capitol that day to take Trump to court:

“We have a criminal justice system in this country. We have civil litigation. And former presidents are not immune from being accountable by either one.”

He said this was NOTHING like the looting over the summer, this was a president who orchestrated conspiracy theories for illegal purposes:

“… To either overturn the voters’ decision or else torch our institutions on the way out.”

And even though he was acquitted:

“President Trump is still liable for everything he did while he was in office. As an ordinary citizen. Didn’t get away with anything yet. Yet.”

I’m not sure what that refers to. Unless maybe it’s .

He may wish he’d pardoned himself after all.

Ross: Voters weren’t just voting for change, they were voting for a hormone

The more I read the post-election analysis, the more I’m convinced voters weren’t just voting for a change – they were voting for a hormone.
