A tell-all book by former Presidential advisor John Bolton was originally supposed to come out on March 17, which would鈥檝e given us something to read while we were all isolating at home.
But the White House insisted on making doubly sure that no state secrets were revealed, claiming it was “full of classified information.”
So we had to wait 鈥 but now excerpts have been released, and in listening on this, I have to say, someone didn鈥檛 do their job because some pretty stunning secret information was still in it. Like this:
鈥淏olton says President Trump did not know Britain was a nuclear power,” Tracey reported.
Yikes! It鈥檚 bad enough North Korea has the bomb 鈥 but who let Britain get it? Well, the secret鈥檚 out now.
Bolton also reveals the note that the Secretary of State slipped him during the summit between Trump and Kim Jong Un.
鈥淪ecretary of State Mike Pompeo slipped him a note that ‘President Trump is so full of expletive,’鈥 Tracey said.
Uh! Isn鈥檛 there enough expletive on the internet without having to put up with it in a book that could end up in American homes where little children might see it?
But here鈥檚 the biggest leak:
“Bolton confirms President Trump explicitly linked military aid to Ukraine to investigations of former vice president Joe Biden.”
How could the White house let聽that聽get out? That鈥檚 the kind of thing Presidents get impeached for!
