Members of Congress want to neuter Georgia’s Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene because she supports QAnon.
So, I consulted author – who’s written a book about QAnon followers:
“And the thing about someone like Marjorie Taylor Greene is that there was no attempt to hide any of this,” Rothschild said. “She posted this stuff publicly.”
Heck, she ran on it. One of her campaign ads starts with rapid gunfire, followed by:
“I’m Marjorie Greene and I’m running for Congress in Georgia’s 14th district.”
There’s another one where she drives a pickup truck into an open field, sets up a rifle, and talks about gun control. Socialism. Open borders. The Green New Deal. Socialism.
… Then she pulverizes a paint can. Another paint can. Paint can number three! A big red sign.
Clearly, she is not a pacifist.
Mike Rothschild says she caught the Republican party by surprise: “They just didn’t vet her. They didn’t do their homework on her. And by the time people were figuring it out, it was too late.”
But like Biden, she too was legally elected. Yeah, she’s scary – but she won! If the other members have a problem, there’s an election in two years. Until then, I would suggest they not bring paint cans into the Capitol.
