Back when I was doing a talk show, I had callers warning me of the dark forces that controlled everything. I dismissed them all. But I guess those callers get the last laugh.
What I once dismissed as nonsense is now corroborated at the highest levels, with the President claiming that Joe Biden .
“People that are in the dark shadows,” President Trump told Fox News commentator Laura Ingraham.
“What does that mean?” Ingraham asked. “That sounds like a conspiracy theory.”
“No, they’re people that you haven’t heard of; they’re people that are on the streets, people that are controlling the streets,” Trump answered.
You know there’s an old movie, Dark Shadows, with lines similar to that.
I just have trouble believing that these shadowy forces would choose Joe Biden as their vessel. Bill Gates, or Jeff Bezos, that would make sense – but no – they chose Joe Biden: The Mr. Rogers of the Democratic Party.
Which is why I have to ask – why the drama? Here’s a president who can bring any city under control in an hour.
“We could solve that problem so easily, we have the people they could be there in less than an hour — it would all end,” Trump claimed.
Less than an hour! For a man who can do that, how difficult could it be to arrest those shadowy people and expose his Democratic opponent as a puppet? I guess it’s just part of the mystery.
