This week Comcast took a break from putting people on hold to increase download speeds for 85 percent of their Washington customers. “Most of the time, the one that’s going to do the most business is going to be the performance pro, number two. When it comes to buying things, people don’t want the cheapest, but they don’t want the most expensive either,” Gee said. “So they go a step below … And just so you know, guys, businesses know that.”
