1 dead, 2 injured in Belltown shooting

One man is dead and two others have been injured following an early morning shooting in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood.

Police heard shots fired around 1:45 a.m. near 2100 First Avenue.

According to police, officers found the 20-year-old man already dead from the apparent gunfight.

A 19-year-old and a 32-year old man were taken to Harborview Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers arrested a man nearby who was “brandishing” a stolen semi-automatic handgun.

The gun has been submitted as evidence.

Detectives are questioning witnesses.
