Another cat has been found killed, bring the total to 13.

The cat, discovered in Lacey, has the same mutilations consistent with 12 others found across Thurston County.

A task force met on Thursday in Olympia to develop a plan for catching the suspect. Investigators are testing DNA found under the claws of one of the cats, hoping that will lead them to a suspect.
