AMBER Alert update: Abducted 14-year-old Pasco girl found in Seattle

Update 3:23 p.m.:

Emma Liudahl was found, and the AMBER Alert has been canceled. A spokesperson from West Richland Police said that Liudahl was found in Seattle, near the Space Needle.

According to West Richland Police Commander Mitchell Coates, the department is working with King County law enforcement to return Liudahl to her family. He also said that Roger Perez-Osorio is being interviewed by the King County Sheriff’s Department but did not say if Perez-Osorio is being charged with any crimes.

“This successful outcome is the result of a collaborative effort between the West Richland Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigations, King County Law Enforcement agencies, and other local law-enforcement agencies, exemplifying the effectiveness of interagency cooperation in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our community members,” Coates said in a statement.

Washington State Patrol issued an for a teen girl who was abducted in Pasco, Wash. by a 35-year-old man.

14-year-old Emma Liudahl is described by police as being about 5 feet, 1 inch tall, 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a dark brown sweatshirt, black skirt, white leggings and black boots. She was last seen in Pasco Nov. 25 around 6 p.m.

Troopers believe she is with Roger Perez-Osorio. He’s described as being about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white sweatshirt with blue letters ‘C-A’ on it and black pants.

They’re also searching for a blue 4-door 2006 Honda Civic with Oregon plate number CK05169.

If you see them or the car, police ask that you call 911.
