Attorney General Bob Ferguson is suing the Trump administration for arresting immigrants in and near courthouses across Washington state.

The lawsuit states that immigration authorities have arrested hundreds of immigrants since 2017, many of whom were victims of crime or were going to court for traffic tickets or other non-violent offenses.

The lawsuit lists Homeland Security, ICE and Customs and Border Protection as defendants, and claims the courthouse arrests are unlawful and unconstitutional.
