Seattle police are looking for a burglar who broke into a University of Washington sorority Friday morning.
The house was empty when someone reached a second-floor window and cut open the screen. But when the residents came home, they found the burglar inside.
“The girls residing at the house came home and found the suspect in one of the rooms. He then upon discovery fled down a back hallway and back stairs,” says Seattle Police Detective Jeff Kappel.
Kappel says the girls ran to the kitchen to call 911, but the burglar was gone by the time police arrived.
Police don’t have a good description of the suspect.
