Amanda Knox could have a case against the Italian police involved in her interrogation.

The European Court of Human Rights accepted Knox’s case in which she claims she was mistreated during the investigation into the murder of Meredith Kercher.

that Knox says she was slapped and threatened during her interrogation. She says she was “subjected to inhumane treatment.”

Additionally, Knox claims she was given access to a lawyer or official interpreter, the Mail reports.

Knox and Raffaele Sollecito were acquitted of the murder charge last year.
