Family renews plea for witnesses in fatal shooting of Seattle man

Apr 28, 2014, 5:52 AM | Updated: 7:29 am

The family of a Seattle man gunned down at a New Years Eve party is still waiting for someone to come forward and help find his killer.

“If it helps lead to an arrest, it doesn’t make you a snitch – it makes you hero. This man has lost his life,” Denise Jeffries-Berg told .

Jeffries-Berg is the daughter of 40-year-old Stephen Jeffries Jr.

According to Seattle Police, a fight broke out at the party and Jeffries was killed.

Although there should be plenty of witnesses, no one has come forward.

Police say it’s still an open investigation, and anonymous tips are welcome.
