Hope Solo’s home is for sale: Views, space and history

Soccer star Hope Solo has put her Kirkland home on the market.

The 5,330-square-foot home on .73 acres is going for $1.85 million. It includes views of Lake Washington and the mountains. The house is described as “casual and homey” by . The property is among that include photos of the house.

Zillow also notes that the three bedroom, two bathroom home boasts a private balcony off the master bedroom. The home comes with two garages, a wet bar, chef’s kitchen, pool, patio, fireplace, sports court and a security system.

What’s not listed is that the home is the site where Solo’s highly publicized legal troubles began. Solo garnered media attention in 2014 after she allegedly assaulted two family members at a party she hosted. The domestic violence charges were initially dismissed, but and Solo still faces them.

The listing also doesn’t mention that it is the home of one of the world’s best goalies. Solo, 34, is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and winner of a World Cup gold medal. She is currently the Seattle Reign’s goalkeeper and heading to Rio to play in another Olympic match this August. Off of the field, Solo also competed in .

Solo’s current is estimated at $2.5 million.
