Jail prisoner demands stripper’s license info

Feb 4, 2013, 9:22 AM | Updated: 11:24 am

A judge in Tacoma will decide if license applications can remain secret, particularly if the applicant is a stripper and the guy asking is in jail.

When a dancer at Pierce County’s only strip club, DreamGirls at Fox’s, in Parkland, found out that somebody wanted a copy of her license application through a public records’ request, she objected.

Last summer, a judge granted a temporary order blocking the release of the information and then a second order when the same guy tried to get photographs. It turns out that Robert Hill was once convicted of stalking a porn actress.

a trial on the issue is set for next week.

The dancer’s attorney argues the woman would be in danger if her name, address, phone number and other personal information was released to Hill.
