Almost as big as Draft Day, Mariners reveal menu items for the 2025 season

There was a time a generation ago that if you went to a professional baseball game, your only choice of food was a hot dog and a beer. Those days are long gone and the hometown Seattle Mariners have added a myriad of menu items to make your experience more enjoyable for 2025.

Mariners Vice President of Fan Experience Malcolm Rogel and the new Executive Chef Craig McAlister curated the choices.

鈥淲e are thrilled to offer what we believe is the best ballpark menu in baseball,鈥 Rogel said in a 鈥淲ith player-inspired dishes, a fantastic lineup of local partners, and an expanded value program, there鈥檚 something for everyone at the ballpark this summer.鈥

Fans can look forward to a variety of new choices, including an expanded Value Menu. New local and regional partners joining the lineup include Great State Burger, Sumo Dog and Nakagawa Sushi, alongside returning favorites like Moto Pizza, Ivar鈥檚 and Kidd Valley.

Some of this year鈥檚 new player-inspired menu items with descriptions from the Mariners

Ichiro Suzuki:

  • Ichi Wings: Available at the Walk-Off Market (sect. 105), these wings feature a teriyaki and sesame glaze, inspired by a recipe created for Ichiro in the clubhouse kitchen.
  • IchiRoll: Found at Nakagawa (sect. 132), this sushi roll includes salmon, crab salad, avocado, cucumber, green onion, fried onion, sriracha, rice and seaweed.

Cal Raleigh:

  • Lil鈥 Dumpers: Playing off his 鈥淏ig Dumper鈥 nickname, these steamed pork soup dumplings with sesame and hoisin sauce will be served at the Walk-Off Market (sect. 105, 141).

F茅lix Hern谩ndez:

  • King鈥檚 Court Turkey Leg: Hearty turkey legs return in honor of 鈥淜ing Felix鈥 Hern谩ndez, available at the new King鈥檚 Court stand (sect. 144).

鈥淲e鈥檙e excited to continue delivering a world-class hospitality program at T-Mobile Park,鈥 said Meagan Murray of Sodexo Live!, a food provider for the stadium. 鈥淔rom our expanded value menu and creative new offerings by our talented chef to fresh bites from local partners, we can鈥檛 wait for fans to experience all that鈥檚 new this year.鈥

New food offerings

Nakagawa Sushi (section 132):

  • In addition to the IchiRoll, Nakagawa will offer Vegetable and California Rolls, Seattle Roll, Shiso Hama Roll and the Mariner Combo.

Sumo Dog (section 190):

  • Sumo Dog combines American hot dogs with Japanese Izakaya influences, featuring unique twists like The Godzilla and the classic Sumo Dog, along with Miso Mustard Coleslaw, Mochi and Lemongrass Lemonade.

Great State Burger (T-Mobile 鈥楶en, sect. 218):

  • Great State Burger supports local farms with menu items like Cheeseburgers, Chicken Strip Combos, Chicken Veggie Burgers and the Great State Burger.

Slushietown (T-Mobile 鈥楶en):

  • Cool off with alcoholic slushies like Frozen Mangonado, Frozen Basil Lemonade, Frozen Pi帽a Colada, and Mariners Lemonade, included in the pre-game Happy Hour.

The Walk-Off Market:

  • New creations include Turn Two Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, Ballpark Bahn Mi, Holy Smokes Brisket Sandwich, Hickory Smoked Pork Sliders and Giant Bavarian Pretzel.

Tamari Bar (section 133):

  • Tamari Bar continues to offer Area 206 Curry with Shrimp Katsu Sticks as a new add-on option.

Salt & Straw (sect. 152):

  • Salt & Straw will rotate handmade ice cream flavors, starting with Birthday Cakes & Blackberries.

Marination (T-Mobile 鈥楶en, sect. 119):

  • Marination returns with Li-Hing Gummy Bears and Furikake Pretzels.

Also new for 2025

  • Souvenir Tridents Up Cup: A 32oz cup designed for Mariners fans, usable with all ballpark beverage offerings.
  • What Up Corn Dog: A Mariners blue, honey-battered corn dog with a spicy crunch, served with nacho cheese.
  • Ice Cream Nachos: Soft serve ice cream with waffle chips, sprinkles, and caramel sauce.
