Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch has his own Frappuccino.
Lynch set aside his uniform and donned a Starbucks apron recently to create his own caffeinated drink. What he came up with was something with enough protein to kick start a workout.
The new blend is a double mocha Frappuccino with a hint of mint and cream and enough protein powder to “unleash your inner Beast Mode.” The drink is topped with whipped cream and finished with a berry drizzle and sprinkle of matcha.
“I’d drink this before a workout,” Lynch said. “You could get your buff on with this.”
Lynch’s Frappuccino will benefit his . The foundation holds free summer football camps, talent shows, collects school supplies and donates food and toys during the holidays. For every Beast Mode Frappuccino sold through the football season in Washington and Oakland, Starbucks is donating 24 cents to the foundation; the company will contribute up to $100,000. Starbucks will kickoff the partnership with a minimum $24,000 donation.
