Over 100 storage units burned in Puyallup brush fire

A brush fire rapidly spread to a storage facility in Puyallup Friday afternoon.
At least 100 units were scorched and the heat began melting the siding on an apartment complex nearby.
A large plume of smoke could be seen rising from the area at
KING 5 reports many people in the apartment complex had to leave the buildings because of the smoke.
A handful of businesses also evacuated for the intense smoke.
Central Pierce Fire and Rescue reported no injuries.
