Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch reportedly had a custom jersey made in honor of a high school football player killed in November.
Just hours before a game on Nov. 13, Grant Union High School Senior Jaulon “JJ” Clavo was shot and killed near the school in Sacramento, Calif. The shooting was hours before a playoff game, KING 5 reports.

Clavo’s story touched Quan Thompson, a current NFL free agent, who played at the school and was a teammate of Lynch’s at the University of California, KING 5 reports.
Thompson said on his Facebook page that Lynch sent Clavo’s mother a personalized jersey with his number and name on it.
“Actions speak louder than words period,” Thompson wrote on Facebook.
