Fans of 13 Coins may not have to find an alternative to the popular South Lake Union restaurant.

The reports the owners are working with the developer to keep the Seattle staple alive.

The building 13 Coins currently occupies is being demolished to make way for two, 42-story residential buildings. The Boren Avenue North development will add more than 800 units.

13 Coins owner Al Moscatel told the Business Journal that he is working with H5, the developer, to put the restaurant in one of the new towers. If that happens, the restaurant may close for a time as construction is underway.

The news should excite 成人X站 Radio’s Tom and Curley, who were upset at the thought of losing the classic eatery.

And if that news isn’t exciting enough, the Business Journal reports that 13 Coins is also planning a new restaurant in Seattle’s new Embassy Suites hotel in SoDo.
