Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz gave a surprise endorsement Wednesday morning.
CNN host Poppy Harlow was interviewing Schultz ahead of the network’s “American Opportunity Breakfast Series” when she asked him how this election cycle will impact the American dream. That’s when Schultz offered up his choice for president.
“I’m hopeful that after the election — and hopefully Hillary Clinton will be elected president — we will begin to see a level of unity and people coming together,” Schultz said.
When asked if that was an official endorsement – Schultz said yes.
