SWAT team called out for Monroe standoff

A standoff has ended in Monroe after an armed man held police and a Snohomish SWAT team at bay for several hours.
Police initially responded to reports of shots fired at about 6 a.m. at the home near
Spokeswoman Debbie Willis say SWAT team negotiators were able to talk the 23-year-old man into surrendering without incident.
