Tacoma man jailed for threatening to kill wife over ashes

A Tacoma man is in jail for allegedly threatening to kill his wife for signing for his fathers ashes.

the woman signed for the man’s dead father’s ashes when a UPS worker delivered the urn Tuesday.

When the man returned home, police say that her husband lost control and threatened to kill her while holding a gun to her head.

The woman was able to get away and call police.

Authorities currently have the man in custody and have seized several other weapons in the home.
