Two more people were arrested for their alleged involvement in the assault and robbery of a group of tourists at the end of August.
Seattle police learned one suspect, a 27-year-old woman wanted in connection with the robbery, was already in King County Jail on unrelated charges. That made for an easy transition to police headquarters for an interview and then back to jail on Sept. 14.
Another suspect, a 25-year-old man, was arrested Wednesday at 4th and Yesler and booked into jail for the investigation.

The two recent arrests boosts the total to three for the investigation into a group of tourists from Rhode Island who were assaulted and robbed Aug. 24. A 17-year-old boy was arrested a few days after on suspicion of his involvement with the robbery.
The tourists were walking near a bus tunnel’s entrance in downtown when they were confronted by another group. One of the tourists was burned with a lit cigarette and hit in the head with a broken bottle. The suspects also punched two women in the face.
