Crews finished installing four 40-foot-tall ventilation stacks at the south end of the Seattle’s State Route 99 tunnel project and released a time lapse video to prove it.
The new yellow stacks, installed atop the south portal operations building, can remove 1.4 million cubic feet of air per minute, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
