Western Washington 4th of July fireworks: where to watch and when

Fourth of July celebrations are back and in full force this year! And with so many cities celebrating, it’s your choice to decide where you and your family want to set up camp, throw down a big ‘ol blanket, grab some drinks out of the cooler, and look up at the sky to see the spectacular light show! Here’s a run down of where to see the fireworks on Independence Day.

Lake Union

First up is Washington鈥檚 famous Seafair, voted one of the country鈥檚 best fireworks shows. You can expect live music, food, and games. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 4 to 17.Gates open at 1 p.m.

Bainbridge Island

Next is the Fourth of July at .听听If you are up for the ferry ride, take a day and ride across Puget Sound to Bainbridge and enjoy the traditional Grand Old 4th of July. The fun starts at 7 a.m. with a pancake breakfast and ends at 5 p.m. with live music. There’s a car show and so much more.

Bellevue

Don’t miss 30 years of fireworks at the in downtown Bellevue. You can enjoy free live music, kid’s activities, food, and family fun! Fireworks kick off at 10:05 p.m.

Celebrate our nation’s birthday in Bellevue Downtown Park鈥痺ith friends and neighbors at the Eastside’s largest 4th of July event, presented by The Bellevue Collection! Enjoy free live music, children’s activities, food options/food trucks, and family entertainment.鈥疶he evening鈥痩eads up to a spectacular fireworks show at 10:05 p.m. synchronized with a live performance by the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra.

Tacoma’s Cummings Park

is back with live music!

Location:听Cummings Park, 3939 Ruston Way, and the Cambia Legacy Lawn at Dune Peninsula, 5361 Yacht Club Road, Tacoma.

Federal Way

at 10:15 pm! Planned festivities include musical entertainment, food vendors, sports for all sorts, face painting, interactive arts, family games, and inflatables.

Location: Celebration Park. 1095 South 324th Street Federal Way, WA 98003.

Snoqualmie

Snoqualmie’s will offer food trucks, vendors, and fun for the whole family. The event starts at 7 p.m. and fireworks begin at 9:45 p.m.

Location: Community Park (adjacent to the YMCA) 35016 SE Ridge Street, Snoqualmie, WA 98065.
