I love the .

Here’s a brief timeline of this ongoing love affair…

1997__knew of Daft Punk but wasn’t head over heels

2003__living in U.K., found a used record shop and purchased Daft Punk’s album, they wooed me (also bought Radiohead’s Hail to the Thief )

2004__living in U.S.A., loving Daft Punk and anticipating their new record Human After All

2005__bought Human After All

2006__travelled to Miami with Kristina to see Daft Punk as I thought I would never, ever get to see them as they rarely tour the U.S.A.

2010__we’re expecting!

All of that leads me to this. I was searching recently and stumbled upon a tutorial on how to play the intros for a handful of Daft Punk songs by this girl who completely adores them. She’s a wonderful instructor by the way. Kristina and I plan to learn a couple of these tunes and report on Friday with audio evidence.

Daft Punk have been busy lately what with scoring the new and being a major part of the new .
