Daft Punk are not daft.

The French electonica duo, Daft Punk, are all over the webs lately and that makes me happy. They have been commissioned to score the soundtrack of an updated version of “Tron”, entitled “TR2N.” It’s their first time back in the studio since the 2005 record “Human After All,” and they even have plans to tour for the soundtrack. I’m excited to see what’s in store for this new installment of “Tron” and completely stoked for the soundtrack! I’m not sure if the background music in this video is any of the Daft Punk awesomness we should expect from the “TR2N” soundtrack, but I can dream can’t I?

More cool news about Daft Punk is that they are involved with an upcoming video game called . With 11 exclusive mixes from my all time favorite Frenchys, I’m so very tempted to run out and buy a PS3…
