Grand Hallway, Ivan & Alyosha and The Head and the Heart are playing The Moore Theatre this Saturday to a sold out crowd. Good job Seattle! Grand Hallway are doing grand things what with releasing Winter Creatures, their third record which you can expect this June, Seattle darlings The Head and the Heart are as popular as ever making the kids swoon all the live long day, while Ivan & Alyosha are creeping right on up from behind ready to drop some science. They’ve just released their second EP Fathers Be Kind, have recently been featured on NPR and even played some tunes at this year’s SXSW. Not too shabby, boys.

I was lucky enough to have the chance to chat with Ivan & Alyosha recently about their burgeoning music career and the upcoming show this weekend. Oh, and we chat about wife beating and Russian authors. Yep. You should to listen to music, watch video and even purchase things if you wish.
