Justice coming to Seattle, playing Paramount

Justice-Audio-Video-Disco

The last time Justice played Seattle they rocked the Showbox SoDo and I just about missed the entire show. I was across the street at Hooverville (pre fire) with some friends as we had thought that Justice was going to take the stage later in the evening than they actually did. We were enjoying some booze and chatting about rainbows and unicorns when we heard the faint but pulsing sounds of the song ‘Genesis’ which happens to open my *moderately entertaining* podcast called the mixtape. We dropped everything (which we still feel really bad about because the booze got everywhere and the bartender was super pissed) and ran out of the bar, across the street and made it into the club to catch the last bit of Justice. Being a huge fan of Justice I realize I should have been already inside The Showbox SoDo enjoying music, beer and friends but things were cheaper across the street at Hooverville. So lay off me already.

If you have any sense about ya and I know that you do, you need to buy your tickets to this show as soon as possible.

New Music: Onuinu – ‘Happy Home’

Dorian Duvall is Onuinu, (on-you-in-you) an electro-pop music maker coming to us from Portland, OR whose pseudonym is one that I’m sure will confuse the masses with it’s exact pronunciation for years to come. It’s a good thing that the music coming form this dude is something worth paying attention to or else it would […]

Sasquatch! Music Fest 2012 is completely sold out. It’s really too bad that you missed out on buying tickets to see Jack White, Beck, St. Vincent, Silversun Pickups, Childish Gambino, Little Dragon, SBTRKT, Feed Me (with Teeth!) and The Physics perform alongside 10 handfuls of so many other really great bands. What a shame. Well, […]
