new EP entitled Nightcall is to be released on April 5th and I am very excited! ‘Nightcall’ and ‘Pacific Coast Highway’, the two new tracks on this release, not counting the remixes, are definately electro slow burners compared to cuts from his previous albums, Teddy Boy and 1986. The song ‘Nightcall’ also marks the first time Kavinsky lends his voice to his own music along with a guest vocal from Lovefoxxx of CSS. And! The song was produced by Guy-Manuel de Homen-Christo of Daft Punk (still waiting for the Soundtrack!) and mixed by SebastiAn. Here’s a bit about Kavinsky taken from …

‘Kavinsky died in a car crash in 1986, whilst driving his beloved Testarossa. He re-appeared as a zombie in 2005, with his 12-inch, ‘Teddy Boy’. Since then, he has shown up all around the globe, playing his music to fellow humans. Crowds gathered to witness the miracle: despite being dead, Kavinsky was still alive.’
