If Bjork had a little sister with big talent her name would be . Also known as Bell, she was born in Moscow, raised in Alaska and has been making the rounds in NYC for the past three years to much acclaim. Her vocals drip with restrained emotion over the lush and spacey electro pop soundtrack flowing beneath. Here’s how describes her debut EP…

Released in May 2008, BELL’s debut EP is a self-released/self-produced/self-everythinged mosaic of organic, electronic and found sounds. The music is a gloriously urgent mashing together of fancy-free improvisation, opulent live arrangements, meticulous programming and above all, kitchen-sink exuberance—-with regard to everything.
