I found out about about a year ago and they have been on my radar ever since. I vowed to see them if they were to ever visit the U.S. and so when I found out that they were in fact going to be playing the Showbox Market, I nearly sh*t myself. I think a little poo came out but I don’t want to get into that right now. The Bloody Beetroots have multiple EP’s and their debut full length, Romborama is the one record you should listen to if you want your face melted off. These guys have a massive, massive sound and they totally killed it at the Showbox with their blend of electro/thrash/hard rock tunes. The place was almost packed out and the dance floor was crackin’. I danced my legs off. Like, really. I have no legs and I am now forced to get around in a wheelchair.

Their song ‘Warp’ is a total banger and pretty much sums up the vibe of The Bloody Beetroots and the entire evening. Check it below…
