Construction on the renovated Space Needle is nearly complete.
Crews recently removed the last section of the elevated work platform as the $100 million renovation wraps up.

The suspended work platform took several weeks to remove.
Visitors will have an unobstructed, 360-degree view from the Space Needle, thanks to the work that began last year. The new design will give diners at the restaurant level the experience of a rotating glass floor and a downward view of the structure.
