The affected cans feature a silver top and carry Celsius branding despite being filled with High Noon’s vodka seltzer.

Mislabeled vodka seltzers recalled; may appear as Celsius drinks

The mistake happened when a packaging supplier accidentally sent empty Celsius energy drink cans to High Noon, NCB News reported. As a result, some High Noon vodka seltzers were filled into those mislabeled cans.

The affected products were shipped to stores between July 21 and July 23 in six states: Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

High Noon has not disclosed the exact number of cans that were affected, but is urging retailers and customers to return the mislabeled items for a refund and proper disposal.

So far, no incidents have been reported in connection with the mislabeled drinks. However, consumers are advised to check their “Beach Variety Packs” and avoid consuming products that appear incorrectly labeled.
