COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho (AP) 鈥� Smoke continued to fill the air at Canfield Mountain after a shooter killed firefighters responding to a wildfire in Coeur D鈥橝lene, Idaho. The town held a procession in honor of the two crew members who died.
