Are these parents overreacting to a dolphin biting their child?

Parents of 8-year-old Jillian Thomas were concerned when a dolphin jumped up and snagged a carton of fish from their daughter’s hand, leaving bite marks.
Their daughter, on the other hand, was more concerned for the dolphin, which ate a paper carton whole.
Now the parents have been as they blame SeaWorld for the bite, . However, SeaWorld says they warn adults and children that dolphins are wild animals and can be unpredictable.
