The photo attached to a declaration filed in court by yet another man accusing Seattle Mayor Ed Murray of sexual abuse is raising some eyebrows.

Lincoln Beauregard, the attorney representing Delvonn Heckard, who alleges he was abused by Murray as a teen, posed with inmate Maurice Jones for the photo.
Jones alleges Murray “was known for patronizing child prostitutes” when Jones was a teenager.
Beauregard told ³ÉÈËXÕ¾ Radio’s Dori Monson that there was no ulterior motive for the photo.
“We didn’t have a professional photographer there,” he said. “My partner Julie pointed the camera at us so we could verify for whoever wanted to see the way we got the declaration. She said smile and we both smiled.”

In the declaration, filed May 2, Jones says he was introduced to Murray by Delvonn Heckard. Jones says he visited Murray’s apartment in an unspecific year and alleges Murray paid him for sex.
