Sunday, hundreds of Washingtonians to protest Governor Inslee’s stay-at-home order.

Dori: Gov. Inslee鈥檚 inconsistency, insanity

While I personally support mitigation and staying-at-home, I also support the rights and freedom of those who believe our government has gone too far and want to voice their concerns.

Hundreds of thousands of people in our state are newly unemployed. Business owners are seeing their American Dream in danger of being wiped out. And most of us are sick and tired of the government’s double standard.

Private home construction must stop, but Sound Transit construction can continue. Private landscapers are out of work, but King County can still dispatch crews to trim grass in closed parks. The hypocrisy is outrageous.

And the outrageousness hit new levels this weekend. President Trump sent out Tweets calling for the “liberation” of certain states. Like Virginia, where the governor is using the “health crisis” to sign radical anti-gun legislation at a time when the people cannot gather to legally protest his gun grab.

In Michigan, the governor there has banned the purchase of vegetable and flower seeds. They’ve put yellow “caution” tape up in the seed aisles of the hardware stores in that state. You can still buy weed, but not seeds.

That’s what Trump was talking about when he called for “liberating” states where the government has gone way too far.

On Sunday, Jay Inslee went . He said of the President’s Tweets: “To have a president of the United States basically encourage insubordination and to encourage illegal activity … to have an American president to encourage people to violate the law, I can’t remember any time during my time in America when we have seen such a thing.”

Really, Jay? You can’t ever remember an American politician encouraging people to violate the law?

What about every year when there’s a teachers strike in Washington? Teacher strikes are illegal in our state. But you stand shoulder-to-shoulder with those teachers every year encouraging them to break the law. Of course, the teachers’ union has bought and paid for you and your opinion on their right to break the law.

How about your silence when “no youth jail” protesters duct-taped themselves together on the streets of downtown Seattle creating regional gridlock for eight hours? Oh, that was OK because it was a left-wing cause.

Economic meltdown 鈥 unless you鈥檙e Ed Murray and his husband

You’ve regularly voiced your support for Antifa and their May Day riots in downtown Seattle, causing millions of dollars of damage and police enforcement costs.

Jay Inslee says he cannot ever remember a politician encouraging people to break the law. His lies are so constant, he can’t even to begin to keep straight what comes out of his own mouth.

Almost every left-wing protest cause is supported by Jay Inslee. But when a group of ordinary citizens wanted to speak out this weekend about the stay-at-home hypocrisy and their fears about going broke in this shutdown, suddenly Jay Inslee has “never seen such a thing”.

This is what happens when our politicians are only about their radical causes, and have completely lost touch with the hard-working families they represent.
