After a two-week trial and four days of intense deliberations, a jury in Kenosha, Wisconsin, found 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all five charges brought against him after riots in that town during August 2020. If convicted, Rittenhouse faced up to life in prison.

The case was riveting for Americans across the country, but instead of re-trying Rittenhouse in the court of public opinion, let鈥檚 talk about where most of the blame for this case belongs: many in the irresponsible mainstream media.
And then, secondary blame belongs to politicians who jumped on storyline bandwagons before all the details of both the Jacob Blake case and the Kyle Rittenhouse case were fully investigated.
Now, I wonder, is Seattle potentially on track for something similar?
This is very serious: I do not want to see escalations of vigilante justice. But when you see innocent people like those in Seattle who are not protected from 鈥淟awn Mower Man鈥 Charles Woodward by their city council or their mayor, and you see neighborhoods at the end of their rope because police response times won鈥檛 help them if a person with a knife is coming after them 鈥 we may start seeing citizens who aren鈥檛 going to roll over.
The cases in Kenosha started with absolute media lies. And what have we learned from it? Apparently, nothing.
for why Dori connects the early media coverage of Kenosha鈥檚 Jacob Blake case to its related protests, and eventually the Kyle Rittenhouse case.
