A real estate listing in Detroit is posting an unusual offer:
The homeowner is willing to trade his two-story brick colonial for a new iPhone 6 or 32 GB iPad.
“It’s a real listing,” real estate agent Larry Else told FOX 2. “It sounds like he wants the premium version, the iPhone 6 Plus, but I’m sure that he’s willing to negotiate.”
The 2,400-square foot house located on Detroit’s east side is described in the listing ad as an “investor special,” with three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, a finished basement, and a two-car garage. Photos on the listing also shows the home is missing a back door and has broken shutters and shattered windows, CBS Detroit reported.
The homeowner was originally seeking $5,000 for the house, and has since reduced the list price. After no takers for more than 120 days, the owner decided a buyer who was willing to trade an iPhone 6 for the home would suffice for the sale.
