Redmond police seek help to find 80-year-old man with dementia

Police are asking for the public鈥檚 help in locating a missing elderly man who was last seen early Wednesday morning in Redmond.

Yeongcheol Lee, 80, was reported missing after he left his residence in the 11700 block of 134th Place sometime between 3 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities said he suffers from dementia and diabetes, raising serious concerns for his health and safety.

Lee is approximately 5 feet, 5 inches tall. He’s bald and wears an eye patch over his left eye. He was last seen dressed in black sweatpants, a gray sweater, and Crocs. His primary language is Korean. He does not speak English.

Police urge anyone who sees Lee or may have information on his whereabouts to immediately call 911. Tips can also be directed to the Redmond Police Department at (425) 556-2500.
