The Washington State Transportation Commission is preparing to implement electronic tolling on the brand-new SR鈥�509 and SR鈥�167 expressways, which will directly link Tacoma/Olympia to Sea鈥慣ac Airport without routing through Southcenter鈥�. Tolls are set to open later this year with variable rates鈥�$1.20 to $2.40, based on peak travel direction and time鈥�.
