Gee Scott joins Seattle’s Morning News to discuss the Biden administration’s goal of reducing overdraft bank fees. On Wednesday they unveiled new draft regulations, officials say this could save consumers $3.5 billion a year by curbing the fees large banks charge on overdrawn deposit accounts.
