A 19-year-old man from Port Orchard is suspected of firing nearly two dozen shots in Kitsap County overnight, authorities said.

The Kitsap County Sheriff鈥檚 Office began receiving reports of gunfire around 10:20 p.m. Sunday in the 12900 block of Hadfield Road Southeast in Olalla. Shortly afterward, additional 911 callers reported hearing shots near the Olalla Food Center along Olalla Valley Road.
Deputies identified the vehicle the suspect was driving and began searching for him. Several hours later in Bremerton, the man was reportedly seen kicking a person while she was on the ground, the Kitsap County Sheriff鈥檚 Office said in a .
Port Orchard man booked into jail
He was booked into the Kitsap County Jail on suspicion of drive-by shooting, first-degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
