Seattle police investigate shooting in South Park

Seattle Police Department (SPD) detectives are investigating a shooting in the South Park neighborhood.
The shooting occurred Monday night around 9:40 p.m., .
Officers responded to reports of a fight inside a bar in the 8600 block of 14th Avenue South. When they arrived, officers upgraded the call to a shooting after finding a man, appearing to be in his 30s, in the back parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds.
The Seattle Fire Department arrived and provided medical treatment and then transported him to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
Seattle shooting suspect on the loose
The gunman left the area before police arrived, and no arrests have been made.
Detectives in SPD’s Gun Violence Reduction Unit responded and processed the scene for evidence. Officers are investigating what led up to the shooting.
